4.pipeline freeze and block up------strongthen the insulation layer to wait to defrost
5.water pipe turning place crushed------renewly adjust.
6.water tank leakage------repair the silicon ring or replace it.
- The temperature is not high.
- 1.watering valve do not screw up,cold water constantly enter------check and replace valve.
2.consecutive days are windy and rainy.------use in sunny day.
3.vacuum tubes are air leakage------replace the vacuum tube.
4.The solar water heater sunshine time is not enough,the base water temperature is low------sunshine time is 8:00am to 17:00pm.
5.direction of lighting is not right------south by west 3 to 5 degree.

- 1.water pressure is not stable------do not open other valves when bathing.
2.the pressure of tap-water is stronger than hot water------firstly open little cold water,then adjust appropriately. - The sprayer water outlet is not much.

1.In very cold place, in winter, when stop to use solar water heater,it should empty the water tank in case of freezing off the pipe line.
2.In summer, when run out of hot water in daytime, it must feed water at once,or it needs wait to watering till morning or night. It becasues the sun may evaporate to dryness when time interval is long, and produce high temperature(it can be up to 250C). If feeding water at this moment, the vacuum tube is easy to broke.
3.It must avoid long-term empty sunshine, for fear that it will effect the performance and lifespan of silicon ring and vacuum tube.
4.It is not allowed to use the solar water heater in thunderstorm.Please keep full water in tank when typhoon is coming.
5.When using long years, the temperature become lower. It can clean the dust on the vacuum tube and clean the water scale at the bottom of the vacuum tube.
6.Electrically bathing is absolutely prohibited. In freezing snowy day, electrica heater is prohibited to use.
